Interactive worksheets
Worksheet entries are separate
Worksheet responses exist only in the page while you work. They are not submitted to TD Consultancy, placed in URLs, sent to analytics, added to the publication list or deliberately written to server logs. Reloading or closing the page clears the worksheet state. If you choose Copy responses, your browser writes the text to your device clipboard; Print clean version uses your browser’s print function.
Publication list
What we collect and why
If you join the publication list, we collect your first name, email address, optional audience type and whether you separately consented to occasional TD Consultancy learning updates. We use the list to send the requested publication notification. The optional learning updates are a separate purpose.
The lawful basis for the publication notification and optional learning updates is consent. The optional marketing checkbox is not preselected, and worksheet use never enrols you in either list.
Providers and recipients
Where submitted data is processed
Site delivery and publication-form processing currently use OpenAI Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare services, including the site database used to store publication-list records. Privacy enquiries sent to tonydaguk@gmail.com are handled through Google/Gmail. Publication-list data is not sold, and this site does not currently send it to a separate email-marketing platform.
Hosting infrastructure necessarily receives technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser or user-agent information and timestamps so the site can be delivered and protected. The purpose is service delivery, reliability and security; the lawful basis relied on by TD Training & Consultancy Ltd for that processing is legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Publication-list and optional learning-update processing relies on consent. Privacy-rights requests are processed as necessary to respond to data-protection obligations.
These technology providers may process information internationally as part of their services. Where a restricted international transfer of personal data occurs, the transfer must be covered by an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguard under UK data protection law. Contact us if you need more detail about a particular transfer.
Retention
How long we keep publication-list data
Publication-list records are kept until the book availability notification has been sent and for no longer than six months afterwards for list administration, unless you separately chose ongoing learning updates. Optional learning-update details are kept until you withdraw that consent or they are no longer needed for that purpose. Privacy enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to deal with the request and meet relevant record-keeping obligations. Technical delivery and security logs follow the hosting provider’s operational retention periods and are kept only for as long as needed for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and choice
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You can use the publication-list controls below or email tonydaguk@gmail.com.
If you are unhappy with how a privacy concern has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and third-party content
No non-essential cookies are used by the site
The current application does not use analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies, and it contains no third-party embedded media. The hosting layer may use strictly necessary security or delivery technologies where required to provide and protect the service. Ordinary links to external websites do not load those third parties until you choose to follow the link.
If analytics, non-essential cookies, embedded content or a separate mailing provider is introduced later, this notice will be updated before those technologies are used for that purpose.
